"Raid du Centaure" 

An extraordinary event where the rider develops his orienteering skills and speed on his mount. Le Centaure is one of the most physically and mentally demanding horse raids. A raid of emotions, endurance and extreme difficulties in a natural environment: more than 100 km to cover in two nights.

Le Centaure is an orienteering and regularity race (POR), created in France in 1976 under the name "Raid du Centaure".

Runners can participate individually, in pairs or even as a team. This event is regulated by FITE (Fédération Internationale de Tourisme Équestre) but is not part of the TREC European Cup.
